1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WolfTech website (wolftechfix.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Repair Services

2.1 Estimation & Diagnosis

• We provide free initial diagnostic check.

• Final cost may vary after detailed inspection.

• Approval for repair means acceptance of agreed cost.

2.2 Warranty

• Screen replacement: 3 months warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Battery replacement: 6 months warranty on battery capacity.

• Board repair: 30 days warranty on work performed.

3. Online Store

3.1 Products & Pricing

• Displayed prices include VAT.

• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

• Products may slightly differ from images.

3.2 Payment & Delivery

• We accept cash on delivery within Cairo.

• For other governorates: Pre-payment via cards or Vodafone Cash.

• Delivery time: 1-3 business days in Cairo, 3-7 days for other governorates.

4. Cancellation & Returns

4.1 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping without any charges.

• After shipping: 20% cancellation fee of order value.

4.2 Product Returns

• Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• Product must be unused and in original condition.

• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.

5. Privacy & Data

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. All information you share with us is protected according to our privacy policy.

• We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

• Data is used only for service improvement and order fulfillment.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from using our services.

• For devices containing sensitive data, we recommend backup before repair.

• Liability for data loss lies with the customer.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or non-performance of obligations due to circumstances beyond our control such as: natural disasters, strikes, wars, or other events beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Cairo courts.
