Important Note
Return requests must be completed within 14 days of product receipt. Products that have been used or damaged cannot be returned except in case of manufacturing defect.

3. Returnable & Non-Returnable Products

4. Detailed Return Procedures
Important Conditions
• Product must be in original condition
• All accessories and documents must be included
• Purchase invoice must be available
4.1 Defective Products Return
If the product is defective from the factory:
- Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
- We repair or replace the product free of charge
- If repair is not possible, we issue full refund
- We cover shipping costs both ways
4.2 Non-Defective Products Return
If you wish to return a non-defective product:
- 10% restocking fee of product value
- Customer bears return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are deducted from refund

6. Repair Services Return
Regarding the repair services we provide:
Repair Warranty
All repair work is covered by a warranty from 30 to 180 days depending on repair type. If the fault recurs during warranty period, we repair free of charge.
6.1 Repair Services Return Conditions
- Screen warranty: 90 days against manufacturing defects
- Battery warranty: 180 days on battery capacity
- Board repair warranty: 30 days on work performed
- Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse
